Net 30 Days After Credit Approval:
The net amount of the invoice is payable within 30 days following date of invoice. Invoices not paid within 30 days of due date shall thereafter bear monthly service charges at the rate of 2(two)% per month on the unpaid balance until paid. All prices, unless stated otherwise are F.O.B. delivered. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. All orders will be billed at prices in effect on the shipping date.

Returns:
All merchandise sold by Supplies Unlimited Inc. is returnable for credit within 7 days of the date of purchase, providing it is in its original packaging and is in new condition. Merchandise credits will be issued for all returns. Merchandise credits (credit memos) are good up to 1(one) year from the date of issue. Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. NO CASH REFUNDS.

Warranty:
All Statements, technical information and recommendations about our supplied products are based upon tests belived to be reliable but do not constitute a guarantee or warranty. All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of such products for it's own purpose.

We shall honor the manufacturer's technical evaluation of suspected material and at no time will we be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of the defective product or in any way will we be responsible or be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Supplies Unlimited Inc., will issue credit to the customer when we have received the material in question.

No Salesman, Representative or Agent of Supplies Unlimited Inc., is authorized to give any guarantee, warranty or make any representation to the above.
